My stay at Grand Oaks Hotel in Branson had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which was a highlight. However, the breakfast options were lacking and could really use some improvement. The location was peaceful, just off the main attractions, and the indoor pool was a great feature. Overall, it was decent but not quite worth the price for everything offered.

7.2/10

My stay at the Grand Oaks Hotel had its highs and lows. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, which made a positive impression on me. However, I encountered some issues with cleanliness and maintenance during my visit. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I left feeling that there was room for improvement.

Rooms

The second building where I stayed felt quite dated and lacked the quality I expected (especially after seeing the first building). The pillows were also uncomfortable. Overall, my room cleanliness was a concern, particularly with stains in the bathroom.
Service

Though the front desk staff were very nice and helpful, I faced significant issues at check-in, where my room wasn't ready until much later than expected. This added some frustration to my stay.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near local attractions, which made it easy to explore the area. Unfortunately, the neighborhood itself isn’t very walkable, especially with kids.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast offerings were decent, but some items, like the coffee and the breakfast meat, didn't meet my expectations. I ended up eating out for breakfast instead.
Facilities

The pool area was nice when available, though we experienced maintenance during our stay. The hot tub needed better cleaning, as it had clumps of hair in it, which was off-putting.

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Oaks Hotel. The renovations made everything feel fresh and new, and the location was perfect for exploring Branson. However, check-in had a hiccup due to new policies, but the staff was friendly overall. My room was spacious and comfortable, but the indoor pool was too hot for my taste on one of the days.

Rooms

My room with two queen beds was spacious and clean, but it could have used better lighting, especially in the hallway. The large jacuzzi tub was a nice touch!

The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, though I did experience a bit of a delay during check-in due to some policy changes. They were responsive to my needs when I raised concerns.

I loved the hotel's location, tucked away from the busy Highway 76. It was close to all the attractions but felt peaceful.

6.6/10

I had a mixed experience at Grand Oaks Hotel. On the positive side, the rooms in the main building were clean and comfortable, and the indoor pool was a nice touch. However, my stay was marred by a rough check-in process and some cleanliness issues in the rooms. The breakfast options were lackluster, and I encountered maintenance problems during my visit. Overall, it wasn't terrible but left much to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, but I did notice some areas needed better attention, especially in terms of cleanliness. The pillows were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
Service
5.0
While some staff were friendly and helpful, my check-in experience was disappointing, as the front desk staff seemed preoccupied. I also faced delays in addressing maintenance issues, which added to my frustration.
Location

The hotel was well-located, making it easy to access local attractions and dining options. I appreciated that it was away from the busy Highway 76, making for a quieter stay.
Dining

The breakfast was a letdown; the waffle machine wasn’t functioning well, and several items, like the coffee, didn’t taste right. The options were limited and should be improved for better guest experience.
Facilities
7.0
The indoor pool was decent, but I found the hot tub to be cloudy and not up to standard. Also, the absence of an indoor pool in the second building was inconvenient.

The Grand Oaks Hotel had its ups and downs during my stay. The staff were super friendly and really helped me out, but the Wi-Fi was a major letdown, constantly dropping me. I loved the indoor pool, which was clean and relaxing, but the breakfast could have been better. There were some great amenities, but for the price, I expected a little more overall.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was decent but felt a bit small compared to other hotels I've been to. Cleanliness was nice, but the bathroom was extremely cramped.
Service
8.0
The staff was really helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions I had. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay.
Location
9.0
The location was great, close to lots of attractions, which made it easy to navigate the area.
Dining

Breakfast was pretty mediocre with limited options, like tiny biscuits with gravy and some cereal. I would've liked a better variety, especially for the price I paid.
Facilities
7.0
I enjoyed the indoor pool a lot, but the hot tub was dirty the second night, which was disappointing. The outdoor pool was a bit crowded too.
